Composition

It is the art of choosing and arranging elements in the frame to get the most aesthetic image.
I'm no expert on composition, so I will not write much about it here.
One rule that everyone must know is, the rule of the thirds.
Divide your frame by into 3 equal regions using 2 vertical lines. Then divide it further using 2 horizontal lines. You should get 9 equal regions in all.
Try to place points of interest near or on the points of intersection of these lines.

Another tool of composition is lines n curves. Use them to draw the viewer into the subject.
Read as much as u can find on composition, and apply the techniques. Your images will definitely improve. Also, look at art, and analyze it. As yourself, what makes you like it.
I recommend reading:
and digital-photography-school.com also has a lot.
Also try and read these books:
Within the frame by David duChemin
and The Photographers Eye by Michael Freeman

and everything else u find on composition. Learning is a journey, not a destination. Keep learning, keep shooting, keep living!
